Best service Had a vacation in the hotel.
The food is rather normal than fantastic, breakfast had almost no variety. Also I would recommend to put a spicy scale near dish name because it is almost impossible to guess whether a dish is hot or not
Speaking about activities - there are not of plenty, but people who enjoy calm and silent rest will be happy
I’d like to pay respect for hotel service - it was the best I’ve experienced starting from reception and finishing with housekeeping service. Prem - thank you for keeping our room clean and doing the best for us! |

Awesome Beautiful hotel,made all the more enjoyable by the kind,helpful, efficient, staff in all area's. But especially the room staff led by the very obligation Biswagit,who tidy and cleaned our room every day of our 9 day stay,his attention to detail and professionalism is what gives the hotel such a great name,and should be appererate as this is what brings people back to the hotel.

Absolutely the best hotel you can stay in in Abu Dhabi,
The cleanest of the rooms, the service and the facilities that they have, they can accommodate every single need wether you’re with family or single. Would definitely come back to this hotel for my next visit.

The food was tasty, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place.
The cleaner, Aru Javed, did an excellent job. He cleaned our room and bathroom very thoroughly, paying great attention to every detail. Everything was spotless after the service. He was also very polite, friendly, and professional, which made the whole experience pleasant. |

Great hotel, whould defintly recommend Good: The staff was excellent, rooms are clean, great breakfest and athmosphire. also the view from the room and the pool area, was missing indoor poor but the outside pool and beach was great. extra value- the live perfomace in the lobby day to day
Bad: the refrigiretor was weak, didn't cool the products i brought, also ill probably do so indoor change in the room to have some convenient closet to the clothes. plus, most of the indoor resturant didn't gave an option to order specific things but only "per person" price, was missing. |

Good: Everything was great. We had a great weekend and most of the staff were helpful and courteous, facility was great and there were even activities in the hotel for adults and for kids, my son enjoyed the kids area and there was a mini golf and table tennis which we enjoyed.
I would like to give a special thanks as well to one of the reception staff Ms. Emma, who was truly approachable and helpful. I had an incident with one of the staff during check in, and it got me frustrated but when I approached Ms. Emma, she managed and addressed the situation appropriately and she made sure we had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our visit.
Bad: There was an incident at the reception during check in with one of the reception staff. A russian lady, i was asking to add another room to my original booking, because i was adding a guest she wasn’t helpful at all, she told me i could cancel from booking.com and book for new rooms, i told the booking was non refundable and she insisted that i just send email to booking.com and request the changes. I asked if nothing can be done on her side as it will take time for me to receive a reply for doing it there as i am already at the hotel. She said she cannot do anyhow to help. So I approached another staff. Luckily Ms Emma was able to help us book another room, otherwise it could have ruined our visit to the hotel |
