A lovely hotel. Rooms, Restaurant and Service excellent.

Perfect retreat with great service
Good: The service was exceptional throughout. Lana at the front desk was fantastic, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The concierge restaurant and housekeeping staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed incredibly comfortable. Their dinners are a magical experience for the eyes, ears and taste buds. I highly recommend it.

My Son 7th Birthday
We had the most wonderful and memorable stay at Al Raha Beach Hotel as we celebrated our son’s 7th birthday! It was truly a special treat for him and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional Front Office team. A special thank you to Eslam at reception and Emma during check-in for their exceptional service. They were both incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly and professionally, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Emma went above and beyond by arranging a beautiful birthday surprise for our son. When we arrived on Saturday, he was overjoyed to see the lovely birthday setup and cake prepared especially for him. He had been wishing for a cake since we arrived on Friday, and seeing his big smile made our hearts so happy. It was truly a magical moment for our family. A big appreciation as well to Prasad from Housekeeping, who ensured our room was perfectly clean and well-organized every single day. His friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team for making our son’s 7th birthday celebration so unforgettable. We left with beautiful memories and will definitely be coming back!

Amazing hotel. This is our second time here, and the service just keeps getting better. We stayed with our family, and the rooms were a bit small for our needs. We were able to change them free of charge to larger rooms — two rooms. Breakfast is excellent, and all other lunches and dinners are also really good with plenty of options. Housekeeping is top-notch, and fresh water is provided to the rooms every day. I can’t think of anything that could be improved.

Comfortable and relaxing.
Good: Rooms were well appointed and beds very comfortable. Lovely view over the pool and breakfast was exceptional. When we took other meals or drinks inside the hotel, the service and quality was great. Reception and the room cleaning staff also deserve a mention!
Bad: Only minor gripe was the volume of the music on certain days, during the pool aerobics.

This was my second stay at Al Raha Beach and I had a wonderful time. The staff were so kind and accommodating, especially the housekeeper Sajath who went out of his way to ensure our room was spotless and we had all the amenities we needed. We also had a treatment at the spa which was incredible

Fabulous service at this 5* hotel.Breakfasts have everything you could want for. I preferred to sit outside. Best before 9am, so not too crowded. Bring your own English tea. Housekeeping just the best, cake and flowers for my birthday!

Perfect staycation breakaway for a special occasion
Absolutely amazing staycation break away. Staff made extra effort to make my son feel special for his 12th birthday! He loved the room decor and Happy birthday msg and special cake when we arrived. Thank you team for making this a memorable celebration! See you soon!! :)

An incredibile stay!
The stay in Al Raha Beach hotel was extremely nice. From cleanliness în the room( by Rahat) to the Food and to all the staff.

Great service, rooms were cleaned to perfection.

Loved the hotel and all staff were very polite and friendly. We had half board, breakfast was always good although the coffee Machines were busy and sometimes you had to stand for a few minutes before you could get yourself a coffee. Great omelettes though. Never had any issue getting a lounger around the pool, although there are still those people that put their towels out early hours! I wish the hotel would have a rule about this. Evening meal excellent especially over the Ramadan period, Where there was a great choice and first class food.

Great experience at Al Raha Beach resort
Excellent Hotel.Great room and facilities.Buffet breakfast was excellent.Great choice of food.Housekeeping staff Rahat, who tended our room went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and also Edwin on the front desk who gave excellent service.

The hotel was nice however I think the ‘beach resort’ is a little bit of a stretch. There is a small man made beach opposite a thin, still inlet, which is technically the sea but is more like a lake it’s so calm. Our room was opposite the main road so a bit of noise pollution but the room itself was perfectly nice and spacious. (It could have done with some electrical outlets by the beds however) the service was mainly excellent. In particular the restaurant staff, reception and the room staff. Prasad did a fantastic job making sure our room was clean and well stocked despite having 3 messy children to contend with! The food was good (kudos to having hash browns at breakfast, and strong coffee!) my only gripe was the waffles. Overcooked and dry (so disappointed!) the staff were well meaning but there were a couple of areas for improvement. I asked about the shuttle service to Yas Island. Instead of being given a schedule or where to get on etc I was just told ‘it’s closed for today’. I’ll put this down to miscommunication. There was also some rules that seemed to be unwritten or a little bit too much for a 5 star hotel. No drinks allowed upstairs for some reason. No beach towels allowed upstairs and no ‘big floats’ although nothing about this on their rule board. (I appreciate it given the size of the pool however). One really good aspect was the shopping mall next door. Not the best mall, but it has coffee shops, a supermarket and lunch places so quite useful really. The black pearl bar is a nice almost secret bar. It’s a proper old school masculine bar with wood panelling, a cigar case, sport screens and a few beers on draft. Very nice! The kids club was reasonable with air hockey and even PlayStations, to keep the kids occupied and a play area for the toddlers. Also being Ramadan, they moved dinner to outside by the water and did a fantastic job with the food and the decorations etc. overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us!

Overall good experience
Good: Kseniya was just amazing I will come back to that hotel just for her. Her customer service is different. She’s very professional. The location is a bit far you have to take taxi but the great service at the hotel make it amazing.
