A wonderful stay at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa
We had an amazing one-week stay at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa – our very first trip to the UAE, and it truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. A special thanks to the lovely receptionist Alyaa, who was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and our daughter especially loved the adorable towel animals that greeted us each day – such a sweet touch! The swimming pool was a highlight – relaxing and perfect for both adults and kids. We also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. While the menu didn’t change much from day to day, everything was fresh and clearly made from high-quality ingredients. The location was also a big plus. We were able to visit all the major theme parks, which were just a 10–15 minute taxi ride away. The Louvre Abu Dhabi and Saadiyat Beach Club were also very easy to reach – about 25 minutes by taxi. We would love to come back again. This was a stunning introduction to the UAE, and Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa played a big part in making it so special.

Family Fun & Pure Comfort!
‘This hotel is unique and very classy ! We like most the facilities and room. Staff are very professional and welcoming, Emma and Alyaa at the desk were accommodating and helpful , we appreciate our room cleaner as they always clean well the room with special towel folding on the beds, I forgot the name of the cleaner but he is good. Ali at the pool is amazing , Edwin the porter is very friendly and always assist us. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel . The swimming is big and nice . Best hotel for family visit . We will come back again . Thank you Al Raha we had a nice stay and my kids had fun.’

A Memorable Start to Our Emirates Adventure at Al Raha Beach Hotel
Good: From the moment we arrived at Al Raha Beach Hotel, we were enveloped in a sense of warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire two-week vacation in the Emirates. Our journey began with Carlos at the check-in desk, whose genuine kindness and welcoming smile made us feel right at home. His exceptional customer service and positive attitude introduced us to the hotel and its facilities, leaving us with a lasting impression. The hotel itself is a stunning resort, perfectly situated on the beach, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. Each morning, we indulged in a delicious breakfast that catered to all tastes, setting us up for a day of relaxation and exploration. The pool area was a hit with both adults and children, providing a fun and safe environment for all ages. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient access to a nearby mall via an internal passage, making shopping and dining a breeze. The hospitality extended by every staff member was truly priceless, enhancing our experience at every turn. For those planning to visit Yas Island, the hotel offers shuttle services, making it easy to explore the attractions without the need to stay at Yas hotels. In fact, if you ask me, I'd recommend heading straight to Al Raha Beach Hotel for a more enriching experience. A heartfelt thank you to Carlos and the entire team at Al Raha Beach Hotel for making our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to return!

Extremely disappointed, not worth the money :(
Good: The rooms were big and comfortable.
Bad: We travelled as a group of 6 for a birthday celebration. On arrival majority of the staff seemed miserable (only Lana at Reception made an effort to welcome us). Service in all restaurants was EXTREMELY slow, and every meal time, at least one item was sent out wrong, and the food quality was below average. Pool bathrooms were very dirty. Having brought a birthday cake with us to surprise my husband, we were informed we were ‘not allowed to eat outside food in the restaurant’ which was Azur, sitting outside next to the pool. Considering we had booked 3 rooms for the weekend, and paid for all of us to eat every meal in the hotel throughout - this was really poor customer service. No drinks / food service on the beach, and very limited umbrellas and beds. Overall for the price that we paid, we were extremely disappointed, there are much nicer resorts with more friendly and helpful staff, willing to help you have a special trip.

Weekend Fun with Friends
We had the best time at Al Raha Beach Resort! The atmosphere was incredible, the beach was stunning, and the food – just wow! The staff made us feel truly welcome, especially Ali from entertainment. Whether you’re looking for fun or relaxation, this place has it all. Highly recommended for a weekend with friends!

Perfect and quiet resort for toddlers, excellent food, room and staff
Good: The food was amazing, with a huge variety of all kind of cuisines. Staff was really kind and helpful. The room was excellent, the only "minor issue" we experiences is that our daughter sleeps from 11 to 13 in the morning and by 12 they paly very loud music in the swimming pool (maybe aqua gym classes or something else). Except this minor detail, the staff and hotel was simply perfect for toddlers / kids

Exceptional
Good: Good rooms we had on the ground floor, very heigh ceiling, huge shower. Good breakfast and dinners.
Bad: Beach sand and sea water could be better. But it is a common problem for all beaches in this area

Wonderful
Good: We got an upgrade to a pretty epic Royal Suite which had 2 bedrooms and was over 100m2. Thanks Carlos for organising and checking us in! The hotel is ok, a bit dated. We stayed just for one night for a layover so it was fine but defo feels like some major renovation is needed. Staff is super nice and helpful! The only thing the check out took a bit long bc minibar needed to be checked which to be fair had only a bag of crisps and some chocolates in it so it was a bit annoying.

“The pool water is crystal clear and pleasantly warm, perfect even for small children. There are always several lifeguards on duty, keeping a close eye on swimmers from multiple sides of the pool, which makes swimming safe even for the little ones. The lifeguards are also very helpful and disciplined. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities for both kids and adults, indoors and outdoors. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to all families!”

Nice family resort in Abu Dhabi
Good size family's room with 3 beds. Nice breakfast with lots of selections Pool and recreation facilities were awesome. Alyaa in reception was very accommodating to our needs Water splash park for young kids was really good for kids under 5

Abu-Dhabi trip
Everything was good. Cleaning is amazing, thanks Akhilesh! Towel animals were cool! Hotel is perfect, especially our room number. We loved it. But unfortunately, we didn’t really like food in the restaurant. It was almost the same every day and sometimes not very tasty.

Fun Experience at Al Raha Beach Resort
It was very nice experience. Perfect for family. The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially Ms. Lana who assisted and welcomed us in the reception. Also to all other staff in beach and pool area. We stayed for 1 night only but wished we stayed for min. 2 nights.

i really enjoyed my time here at the hotel/villas the lifeguards are really nice and helpful when u need something especially sanjaya he is very sweet and kind and told us about abu dhabi . the villa i stayed in was beautiful i hope one day i could come back to this resort again.

I recently stayed at Al Raha and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Bad: Room was nice, but electricity in the bathroom did not work, we had to call the technician. Also, valet employees are not professional. Pool food was of poor quality and overall below average.

A great family holiday experience.
The room was great, thanks to the staff who assisted us, our room was always kept clean and with rose petals scattered around the room made us feel special, our ground floor room is very accessible to all the awesome amenities and it should be included in their website, like the indoor water spa and indoor paddle court. Alot of choices in their buffet breakfast, but would like to request for the restaurant staffs to smile more often and to be more interactive with the guests, specially when they are taking the empty used plates. The pool side was nice too, the down side was the beachfront, the water is stagnant and we were not able to swim because of some moss or dirt in the water, and was disappointed of that because my daughter was looking forward to swim in the seashore thats why we choose the hotel because of their beach front amenities. There is a complimentary bus also that goes around the Yas island Parks, so its no problem if you wanted to explore around. But overall we would like to come back again but hopefully next time the beachfront would be more inviting. Many thanks to Al Raha Beach Hotel Resort & Spa. God Bless and more power...

It was A Amazing experience with Al Raha hotel Room is excellently clean 👌 Gold standard. with the vicinity in Front desk was heartwarming Thanks to Ms. Aadya and the Team. Love the cleanliness of the Lobby ,Playgroud attendant are nice and all smiling. Keep the SMILE. Breakfast we are Always full Thank you for the Attentiveness of the staff. Selection of foods is Amazing keep it up. The eggs 🥚 Thank you as Always is prepared with Love. Althought a bit far from Yas recreation Gladly there is Yas Bus provided by the hotel the timings was Superb Over All rating : Excellent keep it up ❤️ Bolesa Family!

Brilliant beach facing hotel
The rooms were huge and the very clean. Staff were lovely. Food was amazing and the swimming pool was excellent. Beach was nice and having the mall next door to go shopping in was excellent. The airport was close buy as was the city . I thought the aloe for money was excellent

Wonderful stay
Alya is a wonderful a wonderful girl she dont speak russian but she tried her best and we appreciate her help so much , hope to see her next time and she will have learned russian and will communicate freely, we plan to come next year again for a vacation
