Wonderful tranquil atmosphere during our stay.
We were visiting family so the location was perfect for us. The Hotel staff were wonderful and Rahat kept our room spotless and there were always some lovely personal touches like the towel animals. The tranquil atmosphere suites us very well and we enjoyed having the beach and gardens to walk in. We have stayed in other Hotels in Abu Dhabi but for us the Al Raha has been the best and we look forward to another stay. A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special.

Great staff
I had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Rajani. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. Rajani was attentive without being intrusive, always making sure our table was taken care of and that we had everything we needed. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and handled our requests with professionalism and grace. Even during busy hours, she remained calm, efficient, and incredibly kind. What stood out most was her positive attitude and dedication to excellent service. She went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable, and her friendly personality truly enhanced our stay at the hotel. Rajani is a wonderful asset to the team, and I would happily return knowing she’ll be there. Highly recommended!

Reception and restaurant staff so helpful. Food great variety and top quality. Rajani in restaurant very kind. Lifeguards and pool guys on the beach so great. Super quiet beach / pool / restaurants during Feb half term. Couldn’t ask for a better holiday.

Kseniya at reception welcomed us to hotel and shared information about hotel facilities and shuttle bus etc. She kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost which we fully appreciated. The room is stunning and spacious with a balcony looking out to beach. We have stayed here before and enjoyed the high level of service.

We liked the breakfast, seashore.
Good: Very close to amusement parks, kids had a blast
Bad: There was nothing next to the hotel for walking, only 1 mall

Lovely hotel with good amenities of gym, gendered sauna and steam room, outdoor pools, great breakfast and Victor was lovely helping us to the car taking luggage, asking if we need more water etc. lovely time!

I loved staying at this establishment. They took very good care of my daughter, nanny and myself. We enjoyed the amenities AND the spa. You must get some treatments at the Wellbeings Spa! Ask for Fawza, she’s an AMAZING masseuse. At the hotel, I must give a great shoutout to the following individuals for their professionalism and hospitality - Mr. Carlos (Front Desk - Egyptian), Mr. Mohammad Farouk - Director of Rooms, Marc - F&B Head, Janak - F&B Pool and Beach Manager, Mehdi - Dining Buffet Area Team Lead AND ALL the valet guys and the Concierge Team. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfectly clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The beautiful beaches nearby were absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options every day. Everything was fresh and very tasty — we truly enjoyed every meal. A special thank you to Edwin from the reception — he was absolutely amazing! So friendly, helpful, and smiling. He really made our stay even more special with his positive attitude and professionalism.

Marc - restaurant service manager remembered that I liked a strawberry smoothie. Jeevan brilliant help. House keeping, great service. The last time Marc saw me was May 25!! 9 months ago. All the team across the board went above and beyond expected service levels. I travel weekly and stay in many hotels around the UAE and multiple international locations. You guys stand out. Well done.

Bad: The Hamam need extra charges and very expensive! Sauna da steam room was not comfort (small and dirty), bad smell and not comfort. Inside pool was not open and children not allowed which was big discomfort fgor family as outside pool close 20 oclock .

The hotel is fantastic. Beautiful rooms, pool facilities and a very clean beach. The staff we met were extremely polite, attentive and helpful with special mention to Surya and Carlos at reception, Joyce at the Seville restaurant Hosni at the beach. The hotel is ideally located being a short drive from the Grand mosque and Yas Island and even Saadiyat and the Corniche are within 35 minutes drive. My only gripe is that while they cater for vegetarians, the choices in a couple of the evenings was a bit poor. However the chef was able to make us something at the time and in hindsight we should have communicated with the chef in the morning as they were very accommodating. This however doesn't detract from what has been an excellent vacation and would happily return.
