I stayed in room 207 was a good size room with great view. 2 adults and a 5 year old and a 1 year old that got a cot bed. Aru Javed and Nayan did a fantastic job of keeping our room tidy and clean everyday and the kids loved coming home to different towel animals.

Exceptional
Good: It is a very elegant hotel. We are here for the second time. The dinner is delicious with a huge sortiment. Super clean and quality rooms, comfortable beds. The staff is doing very well for you, they work a lot for you. Beautiful flowers in the hall. Reception staff also very kind and helpful. Room service is exellent. Wifi is working well. Clean area everywhere.. We will come back again.

Everything was perfect! The staff was extremly kind and helpful. The food was delicious! Aru, Javed and Sajath were made our stay special by the room comfortness.

We have just come to the end of our most wonderful holiday at Al Raha Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally. The men on the door always have a smile and are very helpful with sorting out taxis, Viktor in particular was very kind. The taxis here are very cheap and it’s roughly only £5-6 to get to Yas island, we went off on trips several days. The wonderful Keshila on the front desk let us check in early when we arrived and upgraded our room…. It was stunning. We had a nice balcony and a sea view. The beds were so comfortable, very easy to sleep well in them! Arumugam kept our room spotless every day sand our beds made beautifully. We often got a lovely surprise of a lovely little towel animal and a chocolate on our beds, which was a real treat. We also had fresh towels everyday. The food was divine. So much choice and cooked so well. There really was something for everyone…. Well done to all the exceptionally hard working chefs, they never seem to stop. We really had such a lovely week at Al Raha Beach Resort and would thoroughly recommend to everyone, will will be back.

Hossain Biswasit was always making sure my room is clean and tidy. Always a surprise animal or figure with the towels. Rose leaves everywhere. Great hospitality

Beautiful hotel with the best friendly & efficient staff we have ever had, thank you for making our holiday!
Arrived in morning so knew we would have to wait for a room but this was no time at all & such a beautiful room & wow stunning bathroom. Attention to detail with presentation was first class & the staff are to be highly recommended as were knowledgeable, friendly & so helpful throughout our weeks stay. Would definately return as hotel was immaculate, service the best we have ever had, buffet breakfast & evening meal (which we paid for on two nights othertimes ate out, twice in the irish bar just next door & recommend lounge one in the shopping mall which can be reached from inside the hotel although only open weekend nights when we were there) Pool was heated & beautiful life guards on stand by so beach & pool safe. Children play areas looked great just wish we had some little ones with us to enjoy it all as they seemed so well catered for! Free transport to the Mosque, ferrari world, Seaworld, Emirates Zoo all enjoyed by us but also took you to Warner brothers park, Water park & Yas mall so something for everyone. Taxi cheap enough, we used them to visit Corniche Road to walk the prom & catch the sunsets on beach which we enjoyed. We loved this hotel as it was beautiful & we were made to feel so welcome by staff especially on the front door & reception well done to you all!

Fantastic
Amazing hotel, the pictures don’t do it justice. Pearl bar was great but the staff made it extra special. Big shout out to Ram & Kusum. They made our holiday extra special and we wish them well. We definitely recommend this hotel

It's a beautiful calm resort. If u need quit place .away from busy life. Good for all including families kids or even alone .beach is wonderful.shuttle bus. Cleaning staff is friendly. Andprofessional.. PREM is very good staff .helpful and always makes a cute details after doing his job..thanks for the hiuse keeping Section.Food is OK. Check in fast.response from staff to ur request is within acceptable time.wifi is good .. Highly recommended. A bit costly

Great check-in and Kseviya was super helpful and polite, we were very kindly accommodated with a room upgrade too 👏👏 great start to our short break away

The best room service ever!
We have had 14 wonderful days at this beautiful place. One of very nice and best thing in the evening comming back to our room, was the room service done by Rahat and Samy everyday. Every day they was making a new creative arts of towels. We have saved them all in our memories and photos. Love it!

Stayed for a long weekend and it was fantastic! Hotel is lovely, has everything needed for a relaxing weekend! Great staff, helpful and friendly. Food was also really good and so much variety! I can definitely recommend this hotel!

Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
Good: Amazing stay at this hotel, can't say enough about the staff and how brilliant they all were. We had a one year old with us and they couldn't do enough for him or us.
Bad: Only downside is that my wife is a coeliac and while everything was clearly labelled there was a lack of choice at both breakfast and dinner which could be improved but that seems to be a larger issue within the UAE!

Hey. Had a lovely time at ARBR. Very supportive staff. Had been there for my anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it a special day filled with a couple of cute surprises and events. Much appreciated and im hoping to come back soon
