Our time in Al Raha Resort and Spa
Hotel was excellent. Riaj and Sajath cleaned our rooms to a high standard and always replaced things which were empty without asking. Each day they made towel animals. Restaurant team were also very caring for my nut allergy polite and caring nothing to much trouble

Very nice maroon hotel! I wish they have a shuttle for the palace. Also the water temperature could be a little uncomfortable for kids.

I recently stayed at **Al Raha Beach Resort & SPA**, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with everything you need for a perfect vacation — from spacious rooms to excellent dining options and relaxing pool areas. I especially want to highlight the outstanding **hospitality of the receptionist, Marberis**. She greeted us with genuine warmth, handled every request with professionalism and kindness, and made us feel truly welcome. Her attentive attitude set the tone for our entire stay and made it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Al Raha Beach Resort & SPA to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. I will definitely return!

3 Night Stay
We stayed as a couple for 3 nights as we was attending the F1, the hotel, service, people were very very good. It is a lovely hotel, you can tell 20 years ago it was pure luxury, marble and stone everywhere. It’s more traditional than where we stayed in Dubai, but still beautiful, in a more classic way. We had everything we needed, if had one negative it was the technology could do with updating in the rooms, the phones, sockets and controllers were vintage. Where this fits with the hotel, not so much for charging and connecting etc. The pool and pool bar were very nice, as was the main restaurant. We found the food quality and choice excellent. We did not use the other restaurant or the spa so can’t comment, although the gym looked very well equipped (from the window). They also have squash courts, steam room and sauna which all looked good. Overall I’d say 4/5, with the technology side of it being the only bad point. Yes, would stay again for sure. It’s a quiet, chilled atmosphere so do not expect the hyper pace of the big hotels in Dubai. 20 min to Yas Island for the track, Ferrari world etc.

Very good cleaning

Top notch service from very friendly helpful staff. Good hotel. Pool can be a bit noisy with loud music sometimes during the day so not very relaxing but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Carlos at the front desk truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring all of our needs were met. We had a few specific requests, and Carlos handled every one of them with incredible professionalism, efficiency, and care. His proactive support and solution-oriented approach made a meaningful difference in our experience. He is a true asset to Al Raha Beach Resort, and we are deeply grateful for the outstanding service he provided.

Fantastic experience, got upgraded to a super nice room, loved the hotel overall. Great lobby, super nice pool and beach area and very spacious hallways to walk. Room was amazing and sweet staff as well.

Brilliant Family hotel
Class family hotel, staff, food everything was top drawer for a family break. The concierge Edward was excellent. The pool here us different level to any other family hotel with beach access so easy. Well worth a visit

It was quick efficient and no mess
House cleaning was excellent, it was like an art. I am very pleased with the cleaning service offered by Mr Rahat. I wish I were more Mr. Rahat to clean rooms in the way it does. I particularly like the teddy bear he made me towels.

Our room was fabulous and very well taken care of. House keeping was first class.

A Wonderful Stay at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa Our experience at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their attentiveness and dedication to maintaining the rooms, grounds, beach, and amenities in pristine condition. The lifeguards at both the swimming pool and sea area were exceptionally vigilant. When my wife had a minor accident and cut her foot, a lifeguard responded within a minute, promptly disinfecting the wound and applying a plaster. This first-class service, especially from Kris and the rest of the lifeguard team, gave us great peace of mind. Dining at the self-service International Buffet was a highlight. The food was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and the staff ensured our plates were cleared and drinks delivered promptly. While some menu items were a bit repetitive, it never detracted from our overall dining experience. Special thanks to Joyce and Jefrey for their exceptional and friendly service, which made our meals even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of this resort is the abundance of sunbeds—no need to worry about the usual ‘sunbed wars’! Vishram deserves a special mention for keeping us refreshed on the beach with his attentive and polite service. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping was outstanding. Gukan Ilaiya, our housekeeper, often surprised us with creative towel figurines on our freshly made bed, adding a delightful personal touch to our stay. Our recommendation is to stay on an ‘all inclusive’ basis, as the drinks are expensive. Overall, we loved our time at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa and in Abu Dhabi. We look forward to returning for another wonderful stay.
