⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well organized, rooms are super big and comfortable, but what really made our stay exceptional was the housekeeping team. The room was always cleaned perfectly — every detail was taken care of with incredible attention and professionalism. All toiletries and personal items were arranged neatly and thoughtfully, exactly the same way every time, which made the room feel calm and luxurious. Our personal preferences were always respected, and on top of that, the housekeeping staff regularly left us a small surprise on the bed, which was such a lovely and heart-warming touch. It truly made us feel cared for and special. What impressed us the most was how the cleaners constantly asked for feedback, genuinely wanting to know if everything was perfect and how they could improve their work even further. This level of care, pride in their job, and kindness is rare and deserves special recognition. I would especially like to Rahat and Laxmen for their outstanding work — you made our stay unforgettable and comfortable 😊 Highly recommended hotel with an exceptional housekeeping team. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

Edwin (concirge agent) was exceptional. Always with a smile, he went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. Joyce at the restaurant as well made our meals memorable. The room was clean, with all the added extras, definitely more than value for money.

Relaxing Christmas break
We had a lovely relaxing 10 days. The rooms are immaculate and the housekeeping team work extremely hard to keep everything really tidy. We’re always there to provide extra water etc. The facilities at the hotel are good, if we had one criticism it would be the location with a limited beach and view. The food was good and always something we could eat, if possible it would be good if the food could be a little hotter

The hotel is extremely good, staff are very nice abd provide good courtesy, especially Ms. Emma and Surya at the desk for arranging us a good set up for anniversary. Staff are very good on handling complaints. We will certainly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at Al Raha Hotel and truly enjoyed my time there. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of, which made the entire stay pleasant from start to finish. A big shout-out to Marberis, who assisted me during check-in - she is an absolute star! Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a wonderful first impression and really set the tone for my stay. I came to the city for a running event, and her support during check-in was truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience.

Hotel and staff were outstanding. The team here were accommodating and very helpful anytime of the day. Our room was always serviced to a very high standard by the friendly staff Naim and Sammy. We are 100% coming back.

Abu Dhabi Christmas
First time at Al Raha We were welcomed very warmly and the festive/christmas decor was wonderful. We entered into our room to be greeted by a birthday cake and special decorations on our bed - thank you to Prem for going the extra mile daily and the beautiful “towel animals”. Room was upgraded on arrival and was lovely - loved the huge bath too. Joyce from the buffet restaurant was very kind and efficient too - so big thanks to her. Pool and beach area very good Used the gym several times - excellent! Checkin/out very well organised A take out breakfast was even provided on our last morning as we left at 6am All in all we were very impressed and will be returning in March for our Anniversary Thank you to everyone at Al Raha hitel

the hotel is very good, location excellent, privet beach, very nice pool. very comfortable rooms, big and luxury. the food at the pool bar, not so much. but breakfast is great.

Amazing stay
The hotel is luxurious, clean and the rooms are very big. The bathroom is especially delightful. The staff are friendly and reliable, and very dedicated to making our stay very relaxing and welcoming. Many thanks to house keeping team Javed, Aru and supervisor Abdullah, who were exceptional. Every day they delighted us with different towel animals and make our stay extra special. I recommend this hotel for the spacious room, comfortable beds, delicious and wide range of exceptional food, outdoor swimming pool, perfect sandy beach and all round comfort.

Good
Good: The staff were very attentive and wanted to make sure that they provide that best of what the hotel has to offer. Alot of attention to detail. They make sure that they have new fresh flower arrangements across the hotel. flutist and pianist at the breakfast. Top notch breakfast experience in quality, variety, flexibility, and personalization.
Bad: Very old school process and room setup. They still take the deposit for room damage, but don't check the room on checkout and just hand you back the deposit. just extra paperwork. Old electric sockets that you can't use to charge phones, and the TV is very large, but you cannot connect to your Netflix or other streaming accounts. Old school temperature control, where it can only get colder not warmer. The overall design elements of the hotel, although well kept, it is a bit outdated.
