Like the way room is cleaning by PREM, like the way of making our beds look clean, the way how bathroom looks perfect and also the mess that prem is cleaning perfect

Wonderful stay at Al Raha Beach Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located with a relaxing beach atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Special thanks to the housekeeping team — the cleaning service was outstanding. Jared, Aru, and Sajath did an excellent job every day: attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly. Their care really made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this hotel!

Lovely hotel
Good: We were upgraded for free when we arrived. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Great view and easy to get to places using taxis.
Bad: Could do with some dairy free dessert optios and dairy free milk for hot drinks and breakfast.

Very nice stay at Al Raha. Fantastic food, comfy rooms and good service, even in January you can spend brilliant time here. Thanks to Giukan for good housekeeping, always with smile!

Absolutely loved it
Just back after a 10 night stay. Absolutely adored the hotel and certainly will return (next time with grandchildren). Staff are extremely helpful, polite and efficient and in our case particular thanks to Edwin at reception, Joyce in the restaurant and Sanjath our cleaner. The hotel, pool area and beach are spotless and there was plenty of choice in the restaurant at both breakfast and dinner. Beach is immaculate and there are plenty of sunbeds. Courtesy bus to the attractions, mall and Mosque is a massive bonus and runs to an exact timetable. Minor negative point which I am aware is being addressed by the general manager is the smell of cigarette and cigar smoke in the Black Pearl bar, something which us westerners no longer need to tolerate any more in our restaurants and bars.
