Comfortable hotel with beautifull view
We really liked your hotel. All the staff were very helpful with everything. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff who cleaned the rooms every day were also very good.

It is a really nice hotel, with an amazing breakfast and good rooms, close to the Arena. We were really tired after the trip and Koshila suggested for us the best room. She was kind and supportive - the best qualities of the receptionist Regards, Svetlana and Elmira

Perfection
Everything was perfect including the team at reception Edwin & Merveris also John at the bell desk. I would thank all the staff for being humble and gentle with everything on our stay.

Great service

Second time this year
This is my second time visiting Alraha beach resort & spa this year. And the service is still top tier! We had a pleasant stay thanks to the room service and housekeeping team, especially Jhardhan. Also, the food at Azur was excellent.

Al Raha Dining
Great service and food. Service by Jefrey and colleagues was excellent. Sorted our table for guests with babies and kept our drinks order flowing!

Lovely escape from the city
Good: Large rooms, well maintained, warm staff, great facilities for kids, relaxing getaway
Bad: Breakfast was just average, Some facilities like the Squash, Jacuzzi and Hamam were paid

The water pressure in the room was very low. The shower had no hot water. Everything else was excellent.

Doubt will be comming back

Bad: Aside from electrical problems upon arrival the hotel was medium - issues could have been handled better but really first night should have been fully refunded

Good: The private beach, the pool area, and the facilities in general The staff was very friendly and helpful
Bad: Some small but annoying things in the bedroom : no reading light on both sides of the bed, sliding doors and curtains all 3meters high difficult to use, no really hot water for the bath

Comfortable stay
Good: The staff were wonderful and the two bedroom suite was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had Emarati, Indian, Asian and Continental cuisines so plenty of choice.
Bad: It’s an older property so the decor and amenities are a decade old at least.

Great hotel, delicious food and great value for money
Good: The breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Huge variety of different foods, tastes and options. The pool was lovely and was next to the beach marina. They had a great kids club area and different activities for the kids, especially during Halloween week. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the sunset each night.
Bad: There is one small area of slides with water in the pool. Would have been great if there was a better play area for older kids to be able to slide and play in the water.

Great hotel with friendly staff and lovely facilities. The hotel was very clean and facilities were excellent. The Halloween buffet was amazing.

A few things let this hotel down
Stayed here in October as a family of 4 (children 2 and 3 months). We enjoyed our stay but here's the things that knock this down from a 5 to 4 star rating: 1. We paid for half board and were astonished this only meant you could have water with your evening meal and no tea or coffee after. We have stayed half board in various hotels in the UAE and never not been able to even have a soft drink. 2. Rooms are dated - we had one directly above reception and the old school wooden decor needs an upgrade. It was also very dusty even though the cleaner did a lovely job everyday and is talented in his animal towel making skills. The amount of wood just attracts dust and needs a deep clean. 3. No evening entertainment for children or families. 4. Pool side drinks are a rip off - £11 for a diet coke and a soda water. 5. No complimentary water by the pool or beach which I have never experienced before. It is free in the rooms but cold water should be offered in 35 degree heat outside. 6. Link to the mall is great meaning you do not need to go outside to enter, but not if you have a pram or are a wheelchair user as there bollards blocking the entrance. 7. Receptions staff are really not that friendly. As you approach reception, instead of greeting you with a smile they just look at you. I was also told the shuttle bus ran everyday, booked the zoo to find out that it only goes to the zoo on weekends. Minor as we did not use the shuttle anyway due to how long it takes to get anywhere and the limited times but would have been helpful to be given proper information. Other than the above, great location, great food and a really lovely place to stay if looking for a beach holiday in Abu Dhabi but close enough to do Yas Island, Al Qana, Umm Al Emarat Park, Yas Mall etc. Just a bit far from the Corniche and Saadiyat Island. Special to the mention to the Concierge & Door men particularly John who are lovely.

Good hotel, great staff and service, excellent food. Suitable for family visits with children, also for couples. Al Raha Mall is next door and there is a way to the mall inside the hotel. For daily shopping and not only. There are shuttle services to zoo, mosque and other destinations. All is arranged for comfort and rest.

Excellent stay and great service
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect and convenient. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to coming back again.

Good: Location and facilities were first class. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff very friendly. The pool area was extremely and the beach was well maintained. Raja who cleaned our room was excellent and very attentive.
