A lovely beach resort and spa hotel close to the airport
Good: The location was close to Yas Island and serviced by a shuttle coach. The Grand Mosque and other attractions in the city centre were also close by. The hotel is immaculately kept as are the grounds and staff are constantly cleaning. The junior suite I was lucky enough to be upgraded to by the lovely Edwin was stunning. Daily cleaning of the room along with the artistry by Aris with the towels made into different animals was always a lovely touch. The buffet restaurant food was plentiful and tasty and the staff including Jorji were very friendly. It was unfortunate that the UAE was under attack while I was there but staff remained calm and cooperative which put us at ease. Great to also see several lifeguards around the pool and beach which was also kept immaculate.

Carlos and Edwin were super amazing...I.made a mistake with my booking and they went above the call of duty to assist me with corrections. This hotel is absolutely phenomenal and the staff are amazing.We just booked for a two day stay to be close to the sheigh zayed grand mosque but have been absolutely amazed.The buffet iftaar was such a lovely bespoke event it felt as if my family were at a corporate awards ceremony. Also the salaah facilities for the men was in a majlies which was so nice.The only reservation was the prayer facilities for the ladies that was not as amazing as for the men as they were praying in a section of the dining area .

Feedback for Al Raha Beach Resort
The resort is easily accessible ie very near to airport. All services available are flawless. The staff are very polite and supportive, I would mention Chana ( dining area) treated us very nicely.

True 5-star hotel without any pretentiousness
Good: We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful, Ksenya and others at the front desk helped accommodate our every need, and honestly the whole team made us feel very well taken care of. It was also very noticeable how friendly the team was with each other, which really reflects great management and creates a healthy, welcoming atmosphere that guests can truly feel. The rooms are big and spacious, the beds are big and mattresses are super comfortable, we slept very well. Everything was very clean. A special thank you to Hossein from the cleaning team, who did an amazing job! The gym was great, with good equipment and enough space for all guests. The food is special. Everything we tried was delicious with so much variety that one can't try during the stay. Compliments to the chef(s), you are true masters! We also appreciated the water and drinks provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also enjoyed the private beach. There was always plenty of space for guests no matter what time we went. The sand is clean and soft, and although the swimming area is on the smaller side, it was perfectly sufficient and very pleasant. The location is also convenient, well connected to downtown, Yas Island, and the airport, and most sightseeing spots are just a short taxi ride away.
Bad: The only small downside was some late night noise and load music from the restaurant close to the pool. We mentioned it to the front desk and they kindly asked them to lower the volume. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay again.

Very nice time and atmosphere! Great variety of food , breakfast , lunch , dinner . Large swimming pool, good kids club ,multifunctional gym, heavyweights, boxing, etc, sauna, nice bar in the hotel , very helpful staff, special thanks to Islam , much appreciated his personality made our holiday the best !

We had a wonderful stay at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa and truly can’t thank the team enough for how well they looked after us. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We landed very early in the morning and arrived at the hotel long before the 3pm check-in time. Even though our room wasn’t ready yet, the team kindly offered us another room where we could rest and freshen up while we waited. After a long journey, that small act of kindness meant a lot and immediately made us feel cared for. Throughout our stay, the hotel was spotless. Our room (137) was cleaned to a very high standard every day, and the entire resort felt well maintained and peaceful. They also made us feel so welcome as a family. Our little boy absolutely loved the facilities and had such a great time exploring and enjoying everything the resort had to offer. During such an unsettling time around the world, with so much going on, it was really comforting to be somewhere that felt safe, calm, and supportive. The staff truly made us feel looked after from start to finish. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special. We really appreciate all your kindness and hospitality.
