I booked a room for 10 days during Christmas and New Year period, few things were not acceptable from my side. We wanted to order some sandwiches from the cafe bar, and told them put under the room because my husband didn’t have his credit card and phone with him, was unable to pay at that moment, we’ve been told that we don’t have open deposit and cannot ge the food even though the sandwich already been microwaved; the bathroom sink was blocked the whole time; sockets in the room was broken; the indoor pool was not allowed for children to enter; when we ordered drinks on the beach, it took forever to receive the drinks and there was no one behind the bar.

This is a great hotel and the service is great,i would love to come here again and our lovely cleaner Akhilesh as he makes great designs.👍👌🤣

Gala Dinner
Gala dinner on new years eve was spectacular. Made even better by our waitress Sirjane, who work so hard to make it a wonderful evening.

I also enjoyed the food . Your staff at reception and transportation especially John and Edwin were excellent.

Location was excellent, the atmosphere was always peaceful and intimate. The rooms very clean, service was attentive and professional. It was a great stay we are planning to come back with our 3 children and their families next year.

We stayed at this hotel for seven nights, and the experience was truly exceptional. Breakfast was fresh and outstanding, featuring made-to-order eggs each morning. The rooms were beautifully spacious, and housekeeping was impeccable throughout our stay. The staff consistently delivered warm, attentive service and accommodated every request with ease. Upon arrival, Eeshan graciously upgraded our room, which was a much-appreciated touch. Live music during both breakfast and dinner created an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is also wonderfully suited for families, with thoughtful attention given to accommodating children without compromising the overall luxury experience. Highly recommended—we would absolutely love to return.

Stayed at the Al Raha beach hotel 9.11-19.11.2025, it couldn’t have been better. The hotel is amazing, the facilities are beyond reproach. The staff are extremely friendly and obliging , do their best to please the guests. everything is spotless. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are fantastic. We arrived on 9 December in time for the opening of the Christmas festivities, it was amazing. The staff prepared a live show with songs, food and drinks. Not only the reception area was decorated, but the entire hotel - the feeling of Christmas never left. Every morning and evening there is live music. The restaurant is excellent, all the cooks and chefs , especially Biswas , are wonderful! food is always varied, quality is great, everything is delicious. there are sections of different cuisines. The waiters are amazing, so attentive and friendly, always smiling. Special thanks to lovely waiters Sirjana and Joyce who made our stay there unforgettable

Exploring Arabic culture
Clean hotel with wonderful food and cooperative staff. Pool, gym and pool activities are good. Room are good and you barely get disturbed by the noise from outside. Location is good, you can reach main attractions within 10-30minutes. Overall it worth what you paid for.

Chathia was amazing with the children and they really enjoyed the face painting as you can see.

Al Raha Beach Hotel is an amazing place to stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. You feel looked after from the moment you arrive. Every request is handled with care and a smile. The food is excellent. You can eat by the pool, at the outdoor restaurants, or in the buffet, and every option is consistently good. Plenty of choice, fresh food, and great service each time. A special mention to our room cleaners, Samy and Naim. They did an outstanding job. Some days our room was very messy thanks to travelling with two young children. Just getting out in time for breakfast can be a challenge. Even so, we always came back to an immaculate room. If they are cleaning your room, you are in very good hands. The location is ideal. Close to Yas Island, with a free bus that picks you up and drops you back at the hotel. That made getting around easy and stress free. No complaints at all. Just a great hotel, great people, and a place we would happily return to.

The food is excellent. The cleanliness and service of the rooms are excellent. Our room (355,357)maid Riaj was really nice and helpful, was attentive to our requests, and cleaned and arranged in a perfect and luxurious way. Thank you! Beyond that, all the equipment and facilities of the hotel were very disappointing because their use required an additional fee.
