Really nice and clean hotel and very good facilities, breakfast was top, it had everything you needed and even more! Staff is very friendly and helpful, but many special thanks to Ismail, who was a super host, gave us a wonderful room and special tips of what to do in Abu Dhabi and in the surroundings. Would come again for sure!

Our stay at this hotel was excellent, especially thanks to the receptionist, Ismail, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. He provided us with great information about activities inside and outside the hotel, assisted us with room services and our accomadiotions in a very beautiful room, and any additional details we needed. He was always patient, professional, and went above and beyond to help us find the best transportation options suited to our needs. His support truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and welcoming, and we felt comfortable from the very first moment. We would especially like to thank Javed and Aru for their outstanding work. They cleaned our room every day with great care and always decorated it beautifully with rose petals. These lovely little details made our stay truly special and showed how much effort and heart they put into their work. Everything was always perfectly clean, tidy, and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, the service was excellent — very friendly, attentive, and professional. We were completely satisfied and would be very happy to return. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Customer service at the restaurant
The room had good space for our family. However, we had a very bad experience when we tried to have dinner. We had paid for both breakfast and dinner with our accommodation, but we barely used the dinner option during our stay. One evening, when we went to the restaurant, the manager argued that my children had already used lunch earlier that day and therefore were not allowed to join us for dinner. She spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner and showed no customer service skills at all. I repeatedly explained that we had not used our dinner vouchers for the past five nights, but she refused to listen and continued arguing, which completely ruined the experience.

Refreshing Stay
We got the rest, treatment, and pampering we needed as a family. It was refreshing. The New Year's Eve gala was the top highlight; we had a good time. The kids loved the facilities; they were hooked on them. We will be back certainly. The location is excellent, by the way.

The room service is 5* plus. The rooms are spotless and they cannot do enough to make your room comfortable, so thoughtful. Waiting staff and pool staff the same.

Perfect Server Naw Gay
Naw gay was my server she was amazing! so kind! so respectful! We came and upon arrival she immediately seated us and made us feel at home. she was so kind and professional and managerial in a sense. she felt very lively and outgoing and she took the lead once we faced an issue. Perfect Server.

We had a great stay at this beachfront hotel in Abu Dhabi and would highly recommend it for families. The private beach is clean, safe, and perfect for children, with plenty of space to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to stay with kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent, especially the pools and family-friendly dining options. Overall, it’s a wonderful choice for a relaxing family holiday by the sea.

Stayed with my 6 year old son. Friendly staff, big, clean room, good location, nice views, nice breakfast. Would defo stay here again. We especially loved the towel animals left by the cleaners everyday.. our room was left so clean and spotless everyday. Thank you Raij.

Great family hotel
We stayed in this hotel for a few days as a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay. We were lucky and received our room right after arrvial in the morning. The room and balcony were quite large and very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. We also enjoyed the half board package, pool and beach area, as well as the fact, that Yas Island was close for an excursion. We will certainly come back next time. Our kids really enjoyed the pool party on the last day of our stay.

Lovely family friendly resort with exceptional service!
Good: The whole property is beautiful, the swimming pool is nice and warm, there is a free shuttle that took us to all the theme parks that we had booked - Ferrari World, Seaworld, Waterworld and Warner Bros World - we just had to book it the day before. The staff was friendly especially Lana who welcomed us at the reception with a smile and great service. Rahat who cleaned our room made sure our room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Lastly - the buffet was delicious and the food was fresh, we enjoyed the wide variety of options. We would highly recommend Al Raha Beach Resort, our family had a wonderful time.

I booked a room for 10 days during Christmas and New Year period, few things were not acceptable from my side. We wanted to order some sandwiches from the cafe bar, and told them put under the room because my husband didn’t have his credit card and phone with him, was unable to pay at that moment, we’ve been told that we don’t have open deposit and cannot ge the food even though the sandwich already been microwaved; the bathroom sink was blocked the whole time; sockets in the room was broken; the indoor pool was not allowed for children to enter; when we ordered drinks on the beach, it took forever to receive the drinks and there was no one behind the bar.

This is a great hotel and the service is great,i would love to come here again and our lovely cleaner Akhilesh as he makes great designs.👍👌🤣

Gala dinner on new years eve was spectacular. Made even better by our waitress Sirjane, who work so hard to make it a wonderful evening.
