We have just stayed at Al Raha Beach resort for weeks vacation - nice hotel with excellent service from all staff from pool side - restaurants to house keeping. Rooms were large and we received free upgrade to family room which was serviced by Naim Rahat and Riaj samy and was always immaculately cleaned daily. Good location of hotel as in middle for travelling to either Yas Island or into Abu Dhabi city centre. Hotel has free coach service to Yas Island resorts which we used but also used uber and was under 50 AED each way which was great if coach times didn't fit into schedule.

Everything is perfect in specially javed and Ari who was always available for help with smile we will come again we loved hotel.

I would like to commend Miss Emma, from the Front Desk, and her Team for going above and beyond and made sure that we had nice stay in the Hotel. We appreciate the Complimentary Birthday Cake and Birthday Design that was prepared and given by her Team to my Wife for her Birthday. As well as the Discounted Dinner Voucher and the Complimentary Room Upgrade that she made for us. I would like to commend Mr. Nayeem , as well, for keeping our Room Clean and Well Maintained. Foods that are served during the. Breakfast were all great. The Pool and the Beach were very nice, as well. Truly a must see and must visit place here in Abu Dhabi. Our stay was indeed unforgettable and we’d love to come back once again and recommend it to our Friends.

Stayed at the Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa for two weeks during a business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, always perfectly clean. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was high quality and great variety. The resort is right next door to a small shopping mall which is highly convenient for essentials. The beach and pool were perfect for swimming and relaxing. The gym only opens after 8am which I would have liked to use earlier. Plenty of safe undercover parking. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and recommend it to other travellers.

Amazing place…. Amazing hospitality, specially, Amisha who serviced us. She was a wonderful host. She made us very comfortable and was very helpful to make us comfortable. Extremely sweet and very hospitable. She made the experience great. 🙏🏻

We’ve had a fantastic two weeks at the Al Raha Beach & Spa Resort (01-15/10/25, room 352) All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone says hello and asks how your stay has been and if can they do anything else for you. The housekeeping team of Rahat, Samy and Sakib were amazing. Our room was expertly cleaned and the towel art and rose petals were fantastic. A touch of class. At the poolside bar, La Piscine, Myint and the team were so nice providing excellent service but also taking the time to chat. Myint is such a nice guy. Hosni and the other lifeguards by the pool, again so friendly keeping everyone safe. All of the restaurant staff were fantastic and the food was delicious! Also the concierge staff were so welcoming and helpful. Overall fantastic location close to the airport, Yas Bay and the Yas Island attractions. 10/10 Highly recommended! Hope to come back again soon!

Two weeks ago, I decided to try having a staycation in Abu Dhabi. I’m originally from Dubai, but I chose Abu Dhabi because its laid-back nature really sets the mood for relaxation and rest — perfect for someone like me, an expat in Dubai who is always surrounded by its fast-paced lifestyle. I checked in at Al Raha Beach Resort because I was looking for a beachfront place that’s not too close to the city and not in Yas Island either. I felt that if I wanted to truly relax, rest, and enjoy the beach, the calming ambience I saw in the pictures would be just what I needed. When I arrived, I was completely shocked by its beauty and grandeur. I even exclaimed to the receptionist, Ms. Marbiles, how surprised, overwhelmed, and amazed I was by the place’s beauty. I didn’t realize how close it was to the beach! Later, I realized I had booked the wrong room type — I only reserved the smallest room, and I was pretty sure it wasn’t a sea-view one. Ms. Marbiles confirmed that. It was my first time trying something like this on my own, so I didn’t really know what was taking so long during check-in. In my head, I was hoping my payment through Booking.com went through and there wouldn’t be any issues. Then she told me she’d check with her manager if they could move me to a sea-view room. There was only one left (maybe because it was a Friday and I checked in late). To my surprise — Alhamdulillah, Allah truly blessed me — they upgraded me to the Al Raha Suite, which was ten times the price of what I paid! Please see the pictures — its elegance, warmth, and welcoming ambience were beyond words. I was so amazed, speechless, and dumbfounded. I didn’t know what I had done to deserve it. I watched the sunset in tears, in awe, and with deep gratitude. Thank you so much, Al Raha, for your hospitality and for the gift of making me your “lucky client of the day.” But the surprises didn’t end there. The next day, although breakfast started at 6, I went down at 9. I was sure that, like in other hotels, I’d be eating what was left. But lo and behold — my seat was reserved right in front, in the middle of the buffet area, and everything was still freshly cooked and beautifully arranged even though it was close to closing time. Again, I felt so special. Even while waiting for my car lift to pick me up, I went to the coffee shop near the reception. The service was world-class — prompt, warm, and very accommodating. Ms. Lovelyn was so kind that I wanted to give her a tip, but she declined. She said she was just happy to serve someone like me. I tried several times, but she never accepted it. Still, she served me wholeheartedly from the start of my stay until the end. She even asked if I needed any help getting home so she could assist me further. Actually, everyone — even the housekeeping staff — was prompt, active, and always on time. It took me a while to write this, even though I truly meant to, because I feel like no words are enough to express my gratitude for the experience you gave me. Once again, thank you so much, Al Raha.

Bad: The temperature and the rooms is not accurate to the thermostat. I turned it down to 20 all night and felt no difference at all.

Good: The hotel is exceptional, the breakfast is excellent.
Bad: Unfortunately we had a 1 hour delay in case of check in. We were there to participate on a special event, so this caused us a small delay.
