Good: Everything about my experience was excellent! Special kudos to the entire reception team for their professionalism and warmth. Mr. Lee, the Front Office Manager, truly stood out—despite his role, he was incredibly hands-on, welcoming, and attentive to guests, which made a big difference. Also, a big thank you to Maria and Rewan for their outstanding service. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

Its name is novel "city center" so as the name suggest at is actually at the heart of the city you can feel the vibe of the city, relax at the reception and try local restaurants and beach. I must say that I am very satisfied with my stay here in Novel Hotel City Center. All crew and the place itself are very accomodating.

I stayed in 1606. Mr. Sali was a good help for making my room & addresses timely whenever there was a need
