The place is wonderful, family-friendly, and very safe for children. There's a dedicated children's play area, barbecue areas are available, parking is easy to find, and it's accessible for people with disabilities. Various activities are available, and all services are provided.

An excellent please to chill and relax.. Manoj was very helpful. Not too miss out the warm welcome by the reception staff.. they are very professional and very customer friendly staff.. my recommendation with 5 star for a relaxing stay..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Family Getaway with Beautiful Natural Views We had a wonderful stay at Green Mubazzarah Chalets. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by mountains and fresh air, making it perfect for relaxing away from city noise. The atmosphere is peaceful, especially in the evening when the weather is cool and comfortable. The chalets are spacious, clean, and well maintained. It’s a great place for families — especially with kids, as there are play areas and plenty of open space to enjoy. The outdoor sitting areas are perfect for BBQ and gatherings with friends and family. Everything felt safe, organized, and family-friendly. Parking was convenient, and the overall environment was calm and refreshing. Highly recommended for weekend stays, family trips, and anyone looking for a relaxing nature escape in Al Ain. We will definitely visit again!

Great weekend in spacious, clean and green environment
1 night spent in chalet with 2 rooms. The chalet was very spacious and clean, each room was large and had its own bathroom. Very good mattresses (hard enough). A bbq oven was there (very safe). This night was so nice. The chalets are surrounded with green garden were people can install their chairs and tables to play cards or have a drink (there is no outdoor tables and chairs in the chalets). People at the reception are very nice. For your breakfast, and other meals, you can either bring your food or order via Careem… This is an incredibly green zone !!!

Visit the Jabal Hafeet Park (Green Mubazzarah Park) At the base of the mountain, the park offers: BBQ areas Camping areas Playgrounds Hot springs 24/7 washrooms Restaurants / small shops This is where camping and BBQ are allowed. ✔ Photography Great for sunset, mountains, and city views. ✔ Cafés on the mountain road There are a few small cafés or kiosks where you can stop for tea or snacks. --- ⚠️ Important Notes BBQ and camping are NOT allowed at the top. They are allowed only in the park area below (Green Mubazzarah). Top area is mainly viewpoints and parking — meant for short stays. Can get crowded during weekends or holidays. --- 🕌 Nearby attractions Green Mubazzarah Park Jebel Hafeet Desert Park Al Ain Zoo Al Ain Oasis Al Ain National Museum

Lovely stay
Good: We had a lovely stay and this accommodation is ideal for families. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding is clean, and the room was warm and cozy. Housekeeping was great and everything was well maintained. The hot water worked perfectly, Wi-Fi was reliable, and overall the stay was very smooth and comfortable.
Bad: The only small suggestions I would share for improvement are related to the kitchen and the outdoor space. The kitchen is available and useful, but having a few more cooking utensils and basic items would make it even more convenient for families. Also, the chalets have a lovely porch and back patio, and adding some outdoor chairs or a small table would really allow guests to enjoy those beautiful spaces. Other than these small suggestions, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.
