I stayed at Green Mbazara Chalet for about two weeks with my family, and overall it was a okay experience. The location is nice, especially with the Mountain View’s, which made the stay more enjoyable. The chalet is like a small house with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It was a good size for our family of six, with enough space for everyone. The bedrooms were comfortable, and having a kitchen and dining area was convenient. However, there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The cleanliness was okay, but it didn’t always feel very clean, and sometimes there were bugs like spiders and even small lizards. The living room furniture could also use updating, and overall the place felt a bit old inside. The service was another downside. While we understand it can get busy, housekeeping and requests often took a long time sometimes over three hours, and we had to call multiple times. All workers were super kind especially the manager, but there was also one lady staff member at reception who came across as quite rude and spoke in an unmannerly and disrespectful tone, which affected the experience. On the positive side, there’s a great nearby restaurant called Habib Beirut, which we really enjoyed. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay with a nice location and good space for families, but with better service, cleanliness, and some updates, it could be much better.

Bad: There were very few utensils for eating and cooking. When we asked for breakfast bowls they didn’t have any, so I had to order plastic bowls from talabat - not ideal for a self catering accommodation. A few extra plates and bowls would have made a big difference to our stay!

Great place to stay. We took two 2 BHK Villas and thoroughly enjoyed the location as well as the rooms.Neat and spacious rooms with all the amenities. Was missing a swimming pool if we have to nitpick. A shoutout to Mr. Manoj Joseph for arranging the stay.

The place is wonderful, family-friendly, and very safe for children. There's a dedicated children's play area, barbecue areas are available, parking is easy to find, and it's accessible for people with disabilities. Various activities are available, and all services are provided.

An excellent please to chill and relax.. Manoj was very helpful. Not too miss out the warm welcome by the reception staff.. they are very professional and very customer friendly staff.. my recommendation with 5 star for a relaxing stay..
