The restaurant service is Top notch. The food is great. Swastika always took care of me and my wife. Manager Bijesh, Juliet, Dolly, kung, jit, khalid Sarath binod thoi all were always helpful I would like to visit here again. Best hotel and service

Good: Very nicely planned property design. The room was quite spacious. Lot of activity areas.
Bad: The swimming pool lifeguards were a bit rude in behaviour. They should be more polite to the guests. Spoiled our mood for no reason.

Comfortable stay, good facilities.
Good: Although chalet is outdated it was spacious and clean with direct access to the beach. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Parking available outside of chalet.

The tranquil environment and warm hospitality make it an exceptional place to unwind in the Al Ruwais area. A shoutout to Ganesh bhai for being very thoughtful and making my stay special. Good location for the golf course and the refinery
Good: Private pool and beach proximity. Staff were very helpful when they gave us a room with faulty and noisy AC
Bad: All inclusive menu is not all inclusive. Restaurant selection was one only and buffet only. .

So far the best staycation resort and specially the kids and adults enjoyed a lot. Lots of activities are available here. Pool, Beach, Squash, Volleyball and many other activities are available. Rooms are very comfortable and the best part is THE SERVICE you get from the staff is to unbelievable. Try there half or full board service, book from different apps with different offers.
