Our favorite stop when going or coming back from KSA

Good: V.good location as a long stop for families travelling to KSA and Qatar...etc
Bad: Late check in and the rooms were not ready even after 1500. One of staff members promised to call me back to solve the issue but unfortunately completely ignored me. They need to learn more how to make to make customers satisfied. Also the noise from bar was annoying.

Exceptional Housekeeping Team – Special Shoutout to Supervisor Amar and Staff Simran!
I am currently enjoying an extended stay at Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort and have been thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The beautiful beach, peaceful location, and excellent facilities make it an ideal place for a longer getaway. What has truly stood out is the outstanding housekeeping service. My room is impeccably cleaned every day, with remarkable attention to detail: fresh towels, spotless bathrooms, and everything perfectly organized. The team consistently goes above and beyond to keep everything comfortable and pristine. A special mention to Housekeeping Supervisor Amar, who is professional, responsive, and always ensures the highest standards are maintained. And Simran is incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive; her warm smile and thorough work make returning to the room each day a real pleasure. Thank you to the entire housekeeping team for making my ongoing stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained escape!

Bad: The breakfast and our room was not ready when we arrived. Waited for 30min for our room and only checked in at 16h30pm and check in time is at 3pm. I would've expected they offer us a complimentary water or coffee while waiting for our room but nothing was forthcoming

Improved services attitude and eye to detail.
Ranavir & Shubham did a good job of cleaning our room. We are repeat customers. This time the personalization of services across various services were evident. Good job by the leadership of the hotel as the change is palpable.

Christmas Holiday
We had a family stay at the hotel over the Christmas Holidays and it was the best decision ever. The hotel room was really lovely with a sea facing view and waking up to that while having a coffee on our balcony was very refreshing. The Restaurant staff was always so polite and happy to help especially Rachel .. they always ensured that we were well taken care of and assisted whenever we needed. Even if it was to make a cup of hot chocolate for my daughter every morning. The pool staff was great too .. very attentive with making sure we had towels and was able to find a sun bed at the pool or beachside. The Pool Bar staff was also very pleasing and quick service. The Housekeeping staff were amazing .. making sure that we always had a clean room to back to each day after the pool & beach. Water bottles stocked and towels refreshened. Big thanks to Ranbir, Binod and Team .. We loved the fact that even though the hotel was at full capacity, we never felt overwhelmed or crowded .. it was extremely relaxing and we left after a 6 days stay feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Desert resort
The resort has some huge positives, but for me personally I'm unlikely to stay unless in the area for business. Excellent customer care. In particular the senior managers who were very understanding towards me and my friend. Buffet is superb, beautiful reception area. It didn't suit us personally due to it being several degrees colder than in the city (not something we'd thought about which is on us) and windy. I came from a 4 star hotel which had comfortable soft sunloungers to hard plastic loungers which wasn't expected at a 5 star I have to say. I did get given a balcony room but the balcony hadn't been cleaned which was disappointing, but would have been quickly resolved so no major issue. Again thank you to the staff who were just excellent.

The warmness of the staff make it extraordinary
Our stay was amazing from the moment we had a midnight checkin as we were welcomed so eagerly by the night crew. They went out of their way to make sure we got room delivery food late at night and gave my wife and I extra blankets. Throughout our stay we met many excellent staff in all areas of the resort as their level of professionalism was unmatched. We truly enjoyed the strolls down the beautiful beach and the warm ocean water that you can walk way way out into. We would love to recognize members of the resort who have made our stay very personal, although we don't have the names of all the life guards and swim up bartenders they made our stay with welcome conversation and inside jokes. Our room attendants, Binod and Amar were very thorough and made us a very cute elephant towel art! The staff truly worked well as entire teamed and those who cheered up our day included Freda, Pooja, Olive, and Sharifa. We appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of two wonderful ladies aspiring in their own education that we really looked forward to seeing every day as they really brought a smile to our experience and went the extra mile: Subikshya and Swastika. To all staff, thank you all so much for your hard work that we were rewarded by and we will definitely recommend Danat Jebel Dhannah Resort especially for the heated pool that we so enjoyed!

Excellent hotel
Beautiful hotel, excellent food and clean rooms. Great entertainment especially during New Year while we were here. Highly recommended. Amar and Rinod were lovely people and kept our room clean and tidy with a smile!

Relaxing End of Year
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room is huge with a sea view balcony and all amenities for a perfect stay. Food at Tides Restaurant is freshly made, wide selection, tasty and with different themes every day meeting all clients desires, waiters and waitress are professional and act quick. The main amenities at the hotel are the swimming pool, beach and gym, also thet have other activities like kids area, squash, baby foot and table tennis. I highly reccomend to include free jacuzzi and sauna. I would like to thank from my deep heart Mr. Ajay and Mr. Haroon for their concierge services during check on and check out. If you are looking for a relaxing time with family, good food, faciltites, Danat Jebel Dhanna is your perfect choices Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We are here for 2026 New year's eve dinner celebration now. The environment, food quality and service are one of the greatest that I have ever been. I also previously celebrated my father's birthday here and the whole staffs were there to celebrate together. Today, I am at this hotel with my whole family and we are indeed having an excellent time. Thank you Chef Ms Sharifa for your arrangent, atsmophere and this awesome New Year Eve dinner. Happy 2026 New Year!!

I loveddd it
Good: Dhana Resort was absolutely beautiful. It truly felt like a little slice of the Maldives — so peaceful, calm, and refreshing. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and made the whole stay feel special. The staff was amazing, especially the receptionist. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the complimentary chalet she gave me was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. It honestly made my day.
