I am currently staying at Danat Hotel and really appreciate the great service provided by the entire team. Special thanks to Manager Mr. Brijesh for his professional and guest‑focused approach. He is attentive, approachable, and manages the team very well, which creates a smooth and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The hospitality team Swastika, Binod, Subikshya, Olive, and Rachel—deserves special recognition. They always welcome guests with a smile and are helpful, polite, and professional at all times. Their care and attention truly make the stay comfortable and pleasant. I would also like to appreciate the **chef team—Freda, Pooja, and Shageeshya for the excellent food. The meals are always fresh and delicious, and the chefs are very cooperative, even with special requests. Thanks, as well to Simrandeep from housekeeping for keeping the room clean and well maintained every day. Overall, it has been a very good experience with great teamwork and service. Highly recommended.

They refused to make me cancelation of ny stay, however i booked cheapest non cancalable rate) In general it is my fault, but they didn't propose ,e any alternative or rebooking.

Good: Enjoyed the quiet beach. The buffet dinner was excellent, offering a great variety and quality of food. I would also like to thank the gentleman at reception who assisted us during checkout.
Bad: On second day, all my key cards for both rooms were deactivated, we had to go down to the reception to reactivate them. (my booking was for two nights/3 days).

My partner and I chose this hotel purely because of its secluded location, far away from noise, crowds, and everyday distractions—and it proved to be the perfect setting for a truly restful break. What we didn’t anticipate, however, was just how exceptional the experience would be, largely thanks to the incredible people who work there. From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff across every department. Every interaction felt personal, sincere, and welcoming. The live music added such a special atmosphere to our stay, and a huge thank you goes to Chen, Jennifer, and Wayne, whose performances created wonderful evenings and elevated the overall experience. Dining was another highlight. The food was consistently excellent, and Shageesha and Freda deserve special recognition for their skill, care, and attention to detail—it was clear how much pride they take in their work. The shisha experience was also outstanding, thanks to Mohammed, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured everything was perfect each time. At the bar, Wathsara and Hirusha were fantastic—always welcoming, skilled, and happy to tailor drinks to our tastes. Their manager, Marlon, clearly leads by example, creating a relaxed yet professional environment that made every visit to the bar a pleasure. Housekeeping was impeccable throughout our stay. Binod went above and beyond, not only maintaining the room to a high standard but also delighting us with creative and beautifully made towel decorations, which added a thoughtful and personal touch. Finally, I must mention James, Dexter, and Ajay, who were simply the kindest people. They consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well looked after, and their genuine care made a lasting impression. Overall, this hotel exceeded every expectation. It is not just a peaceful escape, but a place run by truly wonderful people who make you feel valued and at home. We will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation paired with outstanding service.
