Our stay at this hotel and resort was absolutely wonderful. The place is elegant, peaceful, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The services were excellent, and the food was delicious and varied. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Swastika for her warm smile, kindness, and outstanding service. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely visit again!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Jebel Dhanna, and one of the highlights was the excellent restaurant. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of options, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special thanks to Ms. Subikshya, who went above and beyond to make every dining experience enjoyable. She was always welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests’ comfort. Her warm smile and exceptional hospitality truly made a lasting impression. I would also like to appreciate the entire restaurant team for their dedication, friendliness, and excellent service. They created a pleasant dining atmosphere and made every meal memorable. Location: Excellent Atmosphere: peaceful Rooms: Very clean and cozy Value: 100% value for money Noise level: Negligible Service: Excellent. Subhrajit at reception was very warm, friendly and welcoming, he kindly provided all details of the property though it was not my first time. Swastika and Jit provided an awesome service during my lunch. They were very kind, smiling, attending customers very curteously, always checking if required something.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner all really delicious. Restaurant service is very good subikshya, kung and binod they have good attitude, very friendly i will definitely come back. The best hotel in Al dhanna area.
