Best food ever
How do I describe it?? Sooooooooo good. We had the best time of our lives and we’re so looking forward to going back there. I went with my wife and son to celebrate our 2 years wedding anniversary, omg these guys gave us an experience of a lifetime. A proper 5 star hotel with amazing staffs. The meals were amazing , the Chefs and the waiters, all amazing. Arifa and Farida are our favorites, amazing people. Kudos guys, see you again soon.

We had an amazing time there. Very relaxed, good food, beautiful pool and beach. Special thanks to you Putri, Lileth and Dexter for taking great care of us.

Its a 5 star resort by name. But from my experience I would rate it like a 3 star. I stayed with my family for 1 day in Jebel Dhanna. It was my first Staycation. I would like to say some of the positive things I noticed there. We booked a deluxe and we got an upgradation to Chalet. Thanks for the team. * I like the Chalet, its really cool. The rooms are pretty neat. Liked the setting. The beach view was superb, nice sitting area along side the beach view with privacy. * The Receptionist assisted with the Check in and Check out was very welcoming. * The food was delicious. We had Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast and its nice. Limited items but worth it. Outside seating area facing the beach side seems nice. * Activities including Tennis, Badminton, Basket ball, Table tennis, Football and Carroms, Chess also there for the visitors. * Parking area in the Chalet. Negative things which I experienced there : * There are flies while we have breakfast. Both inside and outside area which we faced uncomfortable and I thought to mention that one. As you say 5 star, but it doesnot feel like 5 star. * The attitude of Certain staff which we experienced in our stay. We requested water while playing from outside and one of the satff said that it can only provided to the room. Even though we went inside they made a point that they dont provide water and we really feels very discomfort and I would say thats the worst service we got. At last they provide water but its not the right way. I would not say all staffs are not friendly. * I really liked the Chalet but one thing I noticed in my room regarding the Ironing board they provide, it is faulty and and not standing still. When we requested for a new one, its the same like we had before which I personally feels not good for a 5 star resort. I hope you will do the needful for making the customers happy in the coming days and make them visit there for their next staycation.

Enjoyed my stay. Great service. Amazing staff. I forgot some personal items at the property and Madhu from the housekeeping department had it delivered to me in Abu Dhabi. Very helpful!

Shagesh Executive chef teesen , Eldhose and all team that I don’t mention the name are all great thanks a lot The pasta is the one of the best and I loved it from day one And I would like to thank mr Pravin , Ali,Tamer and shady ,putti, Ahmed yunis, Kushan ,Asim and nisha and olive in Dhafrah bar and James on musicfor good service. We recently stayed at Danat Jebel, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely top-notch. From the warm welcome at check-in to the stunning ambiance throughout the hotel, every detail was carefully curated to make guests feel at home. The room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night’s sleep. The dining options were exceptional – each meal was a culinary delight, and the staff were attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.

I have nothing dissatisfying. Every thing was good, sufficient activities for kids. Beach, pool, painting, trampoline, TT, beautiful beach garden. With Musical programmes, belly dance evening. Early check in , late check outs no issue at all.

Nice food 🍱. Enjoyed it. A relaxed space with a windy experience. A long drive indeed , but worth it. The music band was good, kids enjoyed the beach and pool. Weekends are the best to visit, as there are special activites for kids only on saturdays and sundays

A really best place to have rest after a long busy working day.

I was lucky enough to be staying at this hotel three times this year. Overall the hotel is gorgeous and already the scent in the lobby gives a great welcome. The rooms are spacious and neat. Gym and pool are great and clean, so is the beach. However the best part is the staff itself. Everyone is utterly helpful, polite and friendly. I want to give a huge praise to the kitchen team. Ms. Sharifah, Mr. Eldhose, and especially Ms. Freda have been looking after me and my food preferences very well. Ms. Freda did instantly recognise me from a previous visit and still knew about my food intolerance. She is always utterly friendly and at all times going the extra mile. She is an outstanding employee and I hope that she receives the recognition she deserves.

Chef Sherifa is one of the best and most wonderful chefs, and the breakfast is very delicious. Thank you for the wonderful service.
