Far from world to enjoy the life.
Good: The location is too much far from city however we manage to find few store around 15km from this resort. Parking was open in hot summer, they must provide shades. Pool & sea beach was awesome & family enjoyed it.
Bad: On 9th Stay, they offer us the room but it was not near to pool after requesting 30 mins later they give us our booked deluxe room,

A perfect business trip
Very luxurious accommodation. The dining was absolutely grand. The staff was very flexible and accommodating. I especially appreciated that. The room itself was very much comparable to 5-star accommodation experiences I've had in the past. Strongly recommend.

Hotel Stay Experience
Hey there, I just had the most incredible time staying at a hotel, and I can't wait to tell you all about it! 🎉 First off, the hotel was way more than I ever expected! Everything was perfect, even the small details that made it feel super special. The chalet where I stayed was calm, beautiful, and sooooo clean! It was like a little cozy home away from home. 🏡💖 Now, let me tell you about the beach! It was absolutely amazing! Walking from my room to the beach was like stepping into a dream. The sand was so soft, and the waves were just perfect for splashing around. I’ll never forget those fun walks! 🌊🏖️ The hotel lobby was another cool spot. It was a sunny place where I could sit and relax, maybe even read a book or just chill out. ☀️📚 Oh, and guess what? They had outdoor activities that were super fun, especially for kids! There was even a cinema where we could watch movies! How cool is that? 🍿🎬 Plus, the pool was so nice and refreshing! I could swim and play all day long. 🏊‍♂️💦 The restaurant was fantastic, too! The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They made every meal feel like a special treat! 🥳🍽️ Overall, my stay was just perfect, and I can't wait to go back again and again. A little treasure of Earth
Our best holiday experience ever. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Very friendly and supportive staff and delicious dishes, great selection of drinks as well.(under basic allinclusive). If you want a fab family hol that's your place. :)

We had two nice days in the hotel
Good: Nice beach and big, clean rooms. The buffet style three course meals had many options to choose from
Bad: We went for the all inclusive package. Once in the hotel we learned that it includes only food at specified times and that the beverage menu was limited to a few items. Between 10 pm and 6 am nothing was included. So it seemed like a semi all inclusive deal. We only realized during our stay that there was a premium all inclusive - more expensive deal with more options for beverages and snacks between meals.

Zatoun and Tides, the best!
It was a beautiful experience. The private space where we had our dinner party 🎉 was just right. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Chef Sharifah and Sayed took great care of us. The place is super clean, amazing food and atmosphere. Definitely coming back! 😄❤️

Best hotel with best staff
I appreciate all staff including restaurant staff they are amazing Ahmed, Khaled and Manager Also the guys who are doing activities for kids on pool area All staff are amazing we love the hotel and experience as well Only need to fix car charger

Great place with beach access and pools. The bar/club, however, over the years, got worse. The vibe is off. The location is also far from the city, which can be good or bad.

Issues with the Room
There were continuous issues with lights, refrigerator and air conditioner. The electricity cut off at night for a 3 to 4 hours and again in the morning for 2-3 hours, refrigerator was not working and the lights in bathroom weren’t working. Stayed in: Deluxe Room Twin Stay length: 1 night(s)

the food was excellent chef Sharifa and freda was so friendly and also james was having ecxellent service ,restaurant ambiance was perfect .

Food is always delicious and in time , fresh bread is the best and many options with nice live cooking chefs always serve us with small and fast mostly sharifah chef . Executive chef is always in restaurant eager to help in any thing really it’s agood hotel . Eldhose chef is helping a lot everyday . Thanks a lot.I recommend this hotel.

All the staff were friendly, food was delicious everyday with lots of fresh choices. Long distance from Abi Dhabi airport.
