Fantastic Service and Hospitality
This the is fourth time I have stayed here and love it every time. The atmosphere is genuine and hospitality warm and welcoming. The hotel is exceptionally clean. For the month I was here my room was impeccably maintained by Smriti to a level I wish I had at home. All staff at every station are helpful and friendly. A home away from home.

Perfect spot for a family getaway. Nice resort to stop when you headed to sir baniyas island. The pool and the private beach are the show stoppers at this property.

A good quiet place to unwind
Good: A good resort located quite far away from the hustle and noise of the city. Ideally suited for someone who likes to enjoy quiet time and do nothing. Good rooms and facilities. Restaurant serves a variety of good food. A clean private beach attached to unwind.
Bad: Obviously do not expect wifi on the beach. I expected to have more Arabic dishes but it’s more of a continental spread. It’s very far away from the city so only suitable if that’s what you are really looking to enjoy.

I actually loved this hotel! There is a nice buffet full of yummy foods and desserts, and we even went to the dinner buffet, which is so good. I also liked the atmosphere of the hotel and there were no problems with service.

Really enjoyed my stay. I came for work but it’s been more of a vacation. The accommodations are very comfortable, the entire staff are helpful and friendly. The young lady who cleans my room, Smriti, very nice and does a great job cleaning.

Business trip
Really nice hotel and surrounding areas. Guest friendly staff and nice restaurant. Housekeeping was excellent done by Laxman.

A true gem not too far from Dubai
Good: Staff kindness, transparent seawater, and perfect beachfront location. Welcoming facilities with numerous services for children and teenagers
Bad: There was dirtiness along the shoreline (plastic bottles, cans etc..)

Wonderful
Good: Rooms all facing to sea is very beautiful view from balcony
Bad: Some confusion happened in booking we were two family but one was executive and one Delux by mistake when booked in booking but staff was very really friendly he upgraded our room so living room was there to spend time with our families

Bad: Dinner should be better. it was okayish.

Silence and Tranquility
Good: The best place if you are looking for silence and tranquility to re-charge. Wonderful beach, very clean facilities and friendly staff.
Bad: Staff service can be better: some were a bit annoying in there try to please, others the opposite. Need to strike the right balance.
